Split Merged Text

Want to make the most of our Online Image Translator? Explore the tips below to optimize your experience and get seamless translations every time!

Problem:

After translating an image, some text elements may appear merged together, making the content difficult to read or misaligned with the original layout. This issue occurs when the AI detects separate words or phrases as a single block, leading to formatting problems and reducing readability.

For example, in this example, the keywords on the left are grouped together, making it unclear which parts of the text correspond to specific elements. As a result, readers may struggle to understand the intended meaning.

Solution:

The Split Merged Blocks feature in VP Online ‘s AI Image Translator allows users to separate incorrectly merged text into individual segments. This ensures that the translated text maintains a clear and structured layout, improving readability and preserving the original format. By simply selecting the text block and applying the split function, users can fine-tune their translation results for a polished and accurate appearance.

How does it work

Other Reasons for Splitting & Merging Text Blocks

Improve Accuracy for Multi-Line Translations

When translating multi-line content such as labels, tables, or bullet points, merged text can create confusion and disrupt the logical flow. Splitting merged text helps maintain clarity, ensuring that each translated phrase appears in the correct position and order, making it easier to understand.

Adjust Text Blocks for Further Customization

Once the text is properly split, users can freely adjust its position, size, and style to enhance the visual appeal of the translated image. This is particularly useful for creative projects, presentations, and business materials where a polished design is essential.
